I went in for a normal vision checkup and they billed it as a Diabetic exam, despite the fact that I am not a diabetic. Therefore, insurance won't pay for the exam (deductible) and my vision plan...

They push patients in & out like a factory making widgets. The ophthalmologist was very impersonal & uncaring when he gave me my diagnosis. They billed my Medical insurance-not my vision...

First time visit and we were early. Place is packed waited 1and 1/2 hours to see the doctor ...he shows up and says he's not the right doctor so after another 25 minutes in another room we left....
