We were flying out of PDX on a Tuesday afternoon and were looking for a park relatively close to the airport where we could take our dog. We headed over to Peninsula Park and boy did we get lucky....

Beautiful place to stop and take a walk, with plenty of street parking. The smell of the roses will hit you as soon as you step outside your car. Plenty of places to walk, a fountain, a gazebo,...

Go here in June to see all the flowers blooming. I didn't have to pay for parking on the street next to the park.
