Nice staff, good compensation, and they seem to care. Sometimes you have to wait but even then it's still like 40/hour so not a bad deal.

The staff is not trained well. ESPECIALLY HIPPA. Don't freak out if your information and experience is yelled from across the room, because this is your warning. And they will blame you!

the staff were so mean from the very beginning. I am a first time donor and they were not welcoming and completely disrespectful. I highly do not recommend. DONT COME HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
