CVS is appalling in their approach to customer service and filling prescriptions. Items that are set-up to be automatically refilled aren't leaving me without any of my meds that ran out today....

I've always had great interactions with staff here, both the front cashiers and pharmacy. Received many vaccinations here from shingles, to flu, to covid. Their phone app is easy to use to set up...

They overcharge and it takes them forever to look up insurance stuff, they are rude, and don't ask them any advice. It's sad, because it used to be such a good pharmacy!
