My wife love giant however this giant is 50/50 sometimes you get amazing customer service and other times it's iffy. However happy wife happy life!

Depending on the day/staff, customer service can be rude or good. And why do they put the bag holder so far away from the scanner at the self checkout? NO other Giant, Walmart or Acme does...
