I was out on a Saturday morning & in the mood for breakfast. Everywhere I stopped by had a long wait list. I drove not IHOP & 1 other party was waiting to be seated. We were sat quickly in a both....

The food is good but the place it a bit dirty and not well kept . The service was nice bit a bit rude .

Typical ihop that my daughter likes. The server was friendly and on and off checking with us to see if we're good.

Closed at random times with no sign Several Doordash orders cancelled because when drivers show up to pick up the food doors are locked.
