Founded in 1978 in Lansdale, Danken Home Improvements was started by friends Dan Polin and Ken Whitmire who began by performing exterior home renovations. Incorporated in 1990, Danken Corporation moved to it's current location in Souderton, PA and began specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Dan's main focus is to oversee the process of creating and estimating the desired renovations. One of Danken's professional design staff members will come to your home, listen to your requests, needs, and desires, take the appropriate measurements and offer a wide variety of ideas for the design conception. By using an in-house computer design system, Danken will create scaled layouts and perspective drawings, along with a typed professional estimate or contract. We will schedule a personalized appointment at our Design Showroom where they will help you select the desired products to fit your lifestyle and dreams. Ken's objective is to coordinate the scheduling to ensure the project is completed ON TIME and without interruption. Ken oversees the installation process of the projects throughout the various phases of the job, including all carpentry work, plumbing, electrical, lighting and flooring. Sharing many years of experience, the five crew leaders assist in overseeing the projects, paying particular attention to details, cleaning up the work space every day and maintaining a safe and friendly work environment.
