Twice in a month this location is out of white steamed rice 1.5 hrs before closing. How does a restaurant focused around "rice" run out of white rice so often?

I just left the Panda Express in Lenoir City and the menu price for two items is 10.00and some change so I got two items and lo mein and I ask for a bit more chicken with my green beans , I got it...

Quick service, friendly staff, great food! I highly recommend the orange chicken and chow mein w/the super greens! Soooo perfect together recommend!
