No one ever answers the phone for orders. .. our church youth group can't use them anymore because of this. ..service in person is great....always a line because only one visible person is usually...

The customer service there is 50/50. If they are working on a call in order, you should leave. Their was 6 of us in line for 20-30 mins waiting while the 2 employees worked on a call in order....
