DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is the WORST apartment complex in Addison. I cannot express how terrible this apartment is managed. Rent is astronomically high. The management team is NEVER in the office....

absolutely terrible experience. the management and staff are rude. there is dog poop frequently in the hallways. misleading statements in the courtship period as well. avoid at all costs.

The original construction company did not finish the job so they hired off brand cheap day laborers to finish the job hence all the leaks in every apartment. ALSO the original maintenance man quit...
