The food was cold, we did not get any of the AuJu sauce, no arby or horse packs, no napkins. Our food was not edible.

This has to be the worst location. The food is very poor and the parking lot is full of homeless people right next to Parkland Hospital. Do not spend your money at this restaurant.

They were very nice asked us if we needed a cupholder which places these days just don't ask that so that was very good to hear that Arby's is still asking people if they would like a cupholder...
