I see promos on tv all the time, but when I try to order an advertised special, the Johnson City DQ never has it on special! Extremely frustrating! Their hamburgers also leave a lot to be desired!...

If you want lettuce, tomato, or pickle added to any burger, forget it. They won't do it and they "don't know why"... they would rather refund the money for our meal than just add a little tomato...
