Fred was born in Philly then moved from Philly to Dallas in 1982. He couldn't find a decent Philly Cheesesteak that was up to the high "Philadelphia Standards" so he started making his own. Soon family, friends and acquaintances wanted his Cheesesteaks all the time!

Amazing sandwiches!!!! Amazing owner!!! Got the regular sandwich which was so yummy. The waffle fries were my favorite.
