Wanted to scan my app for a coupon that I had and to get rewards, after ordering the employee says that they do not scan or honor reward coupons or points. That's lame and I don't understand why?

NOT WORTH THE WAIT -they have been open long enough to not have 20-30 minute drive thru wait times for ONE smoothie with NO LINE. I'm talking have to turn my car off length wait every single time....

Horrible service first time in texas it was like that. Service was slow and the people were trying charge me 3 dollars for an extra cup. And the counter was super dirty.
