We just got an extra large pizza from Papa John's. It came within 30 minutes. The pizza was fantastic as you see in the photo. The delivery guy was nice. The man who took the order was the best...

I absolutely love Jimmy John's and this location. My food is always fresh. The staff is always generous and the dining area is always well kept and clean.

Service sucks!!! Food was delivered 1 hour late! Never again! They don't treat the customers right!

went to Jimmy John in Katy for the 1st time today and I order a regular size turkey sub. I was not pleased with the customer service, the food, the size of the sub, and the bread was hard.
