Worst possible customer service. They sell you gift cards that cannot be used online, in the app or over the phone and, of course do not tell customers that. Must be a nice chunk of cash they get...

The service was terrible, the gentleman wasn't nice or warm. The sandwich was prepared well so that's why I gave them a 4. I most likely won't go back but it was good to try.
