Bad service. The associates don't know what there selling? The approach was awkward. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Smaller than the location in Highland Village but they really had a good selection. Found the cream I was looking for. The staff was super helpful and friendly too.

Never again purchasing a product from L'occitane. I should have known better than to trust the word of an employee who told me they were animal cruelty free. Lies! They pay a third party to test...
