Lucille's is a nationally acclaimed restaurant located in Houston's Museum District, offering well-refined Southern cuisine with a touch of international techniques and flavors. Founded in 2012 by brothers Chris and Ben Williams, Lucille's pays homage to their great-grandmother, Lucille B. Smith, an educator, culinary innovator, and successful entrepreneur who founded her own food corporation.

Lucille's 1913, a non-profit organization established by Chef Chris Williams, aims to combat food insecurity and waste while creating employment opportunities in under-resourced neighborhoods. Named after Williams' great-grandmother, Lucille B. Smith, Lucille's 1913 has provided over 600,000 meals to Houston's most vulnerable communities since its inception during the COVID-19 pandemic.
