Our patient-centered services include primary care for on-the-job injuries, DOT physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, pre-employment physicals, pre-operative physical exams, and more. Lyrad Health offers both in-person and convenient telehealth appointments for patients in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth community.
