In 1999, Premier America Credit Union became a community credit union principally serving residents of the San Fernando Valley, East Ventura County, Santa Clarita Valley, and other areas in Los Angeles plus Houston, TX. As a state-chartered credit union, any person who lives, works, or worships in Los Angeles and Ventura County can join Premier America.
