Reservation and setup all good but once contract signed nothing. Left many many messages that were to be "promptly" called back. Nothing for 9 hours. May have to send certified mail or something...

Avoid outdoor unit, moved in day 1, flooded the next day after heavy rain, especially end unit, called management but never got a response, went to the office and requested move out immediately.
