In the beginning of June 2014 Rising Sun Cafe was opened by Chef Adam Ekleberry. A recent graduate of Culinary and Restaurant Management School he was excited to get right into the Restaurant Life! Priding himself on high quality scratch made food he opened up shop!

All of the food and bakery items at Rising Sun Cafe are made in house from Scratch. No box mixes and all of your food is Made-to-Order every single time!
