Snow City Cafe, formerly known as Snow Village Cafe, is a dessert restaurant and cafe in Carrollton, Texas that serves bingsu and taiyaki. Bingsu is Korean shaved ice dessert, in which we use the most quality and freshest ingredients. Taiyaki is served here, which is a Japanese fish-shaped cake.
