We ordered 3 large sodas. The diet Dr Pepper was only 3/4 of the way full. I didn't notice until I was driving away. It is irritating.

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through and the manager told me it was closed so I asked where do I order and he closed and locked the driver-thru window in my face.

This sonic is horrible. Takes so long to get food, the drive thru is closed half the time. Food over cooked, cold or wrong altogether. It's bad when it takes you 40 minutes to get just a drink....
