Service isn't the best here, and the food I suspect is old. Even in their ice cream. Always see people just hanging around when the lights are out after hours, kinda creepy

We pulled up 5 minutes BEFORE happy hour ended sat in the line and when we finally made it up to the order it was 4:02 and we were told it was past 4!!! Then we LITERALLY waited 15 minutes in line...
