I ordered a Dr Pepper through the app and it took them 15 minutes. I came at a time no one was there. It was just me and it took them 10 to 15 minutes to make me a large Dr Pepper.

Drive up. Push a button and a magic voice comes on to repeat everything you say, then says it again altogether and quickly, then says a server will be right out. Kind of cool.
