3 times in one week and every time our order was incorrect. They also 'do not have' sweet-n-low, but do not consider it to be an issue because splenda is the 'same exact thing.' Edit to add that...

I've had drinks made wrong multiple times. I've had drinks remade and I had to come back 4 times one time. I've asked for refunds multiple times and they said it would be processed within 2-3...

horrible service. lady came up to the window and said nothing then handed me the wrong order.... then said she couldn't remake it because they were about to clean the machine..... i order it over...

Strawberry Real Fruit Slush served with almost no fruit. Had about 90% less fruit than other locations.

Craving cheese tots so grabbed some....this is laughable. The cheese was barely melted (I could peel it off) and room temperature. At least my craving went away
