VERY disorganized, lack of customer service and lack of knowledge about the app. drink was fine just very rude and unprofessional. won't be seeing me at this location no more.

I was going to talk about my experience at this location with an apparent outside supervisor who just happened to arrive just after I was leaving, but they said, "Oh, I'm just an employee."

Maybe if the workers would stfu and stop talking to each other they wouldn't keep messing up on my order.. then they don't even say sorry just stare at you like idiots

Staff was super rude, I was asking for a cold brew with extra sugar, I know for some it may seem weird but that's how I like my coffee, they put vanilla syrup I asked for sugar once again not more...
