It was ok I guess I says 300 for trade in they only wanted give me 150 than it was suppose to be 0 down than it went to 85..00 down so what they say there gonna do they don't

Customer service was EXTREMEMLY AWKWARD. Rep was CLUELESS about services, promotions, dates and so forth. AWFULE interaction and felt like my needs were not being properly and timely addressed....
