i've come before, usually great food and fast service. Today though, i was served hard rice and starry with no syrup. Not sure what was going on today, overall 3/5 stars.

Got to downgrade this to one star. Not for the first time I paid for loaded tacos and just got regular ones. Taco Bell is ripping people off.
