Texas Roadhouse may not be a Michelin-rated establishment, but I still expect any restaurant to strive for that level of care and consistency--especially when I'm spending $40 on a meal....

Ordered ribs for appetizer and they were not tender at all. Rubbery. Looked like they had been frozen and warmed up. Avoid the ribs.
