Very good boba place, I like their Vietnamese coco drink for the hot weather here. You can get there liter container filled with a tea drink as well.

After Korean hot dogs what to wash it down with but the next door boba tea house. Got the M8 Kyoto matcha with brulee milk tea. We got it regular and it was not too sweet. Ah just watching all...

Went with my mom the other, we had a the bep organic milk tea and the mango smoothie. Both were amazing! I will be back when I am in the area again!
