Horeca tried a bait and switch on shipping. Theytried to scam a public school district out of $500. Freight started out free, but when it turned out it wasn't a residential ship to they tried to...

The store appears to be a scam. I placed my order, and did not receive it. They do not respond to emails asking for status. The order is paid, and no response and no delivery of anything.
