This is such a cute, and wonderfully located wine bar in spring branch, so I am quite disappointed with my experience. I have come twice to Vine Memorial and both times left feeling underwhelmed....

Food, service, and atmosphere is great! They also have live music a few nights a week. Would highly recommend this neighborhood wine bar!
