I ordered from the Plano location and now they are not returning calls, a 3 month wait became 4 months and now my only recourse is a chargeback against this company .

Avoid at all costs! They took our $6000+ payment for a bed and never delivered (it's been over 6 months). Kept promising "next week", and then promised a refund, but NOTHING. They are thieves....
