Never arrived when prompted. Did not return calls and when they finally did they kept requesting further details to deliver instead of requesting all details since the beginning .

Current customer. Locking bar on dumpster doesn't prevent people from opening the lid & using our dumpster. Have called multiple times for replacement dumpster & each time was told new dumpster...

Saw a Waste Connections truck (#2519) going down Beltway 8 just spewing trash because the driver failed to close the top of the truck. Called the office to report the problem and never got anyone...

Horrible customer service. Trying to find out general information on trash pick up times and they advise they can only release information to the account holder. Sorry but your company is not...
