I order on their app, but it has never been ready when I went to pick it up. That has been four or five times. they have also left some of the food out that I've ordered. I agree about the wait...

We have been here four times now, we were super excited to have a Whataburger in canyon but wow!! It has been terrible, Everytime our order has been screwed up, can yall get it together!? I'm fine...

Incredibly slow work at the counter at 5pm on a Wednesday. I pointed out that the special requests for my order were incorrect on the screen; she still couldn't get it right. Soft drinks in...

waited over 40 minutes at 12:30am on 9/22 and only moved up on car space. wait is ridiculous, don't bother waiting over an hour and a half for a meal in the drive through... the crazy thing is...
