Pflugerville High School offers education to students in grades nine through 12. Its academic curriculum includes English, language arts, science, mathematics and social studies. The school also provides classes in various disciplines of arts that include dance, band, choral music and orchestra. Additionally, the school also offers a range of sports activities that include football, basketball, tennis, cross country, golf, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, wrestling, cheerleading, and track and field. Pflugerville High School also organizes a variety of extracurricular programs that include yearbook, student council, robotics club and the National Honor Society.
