About Winfield's Jewelry Winfield's Jewelry has been in business since 1983 and has built an excellent reputation for service, quality and selection. The store is owned and operated by Jack and Sharon Winfield. With the assistance of Garrett Bowers an employee of 15 years. Jack Winfield got his start in the jewelry industry with Regional Wholesale Manufacturing Jewelry Distribution, which provided a tremendous background of the jewelry industry.
