I am embarrassed to say that I shoved a churro in my mouth before even actually taking a look at them (much less thinking about a photo). The churros here are fantastic, it's crispy on the outside...

Thank you for coming to me! That's my favorite part about food trucks-- often if you scout them out, they will eventually make their way to your neighborhood. I thoroughly enjoyed Churrology....

Super friendly employees both wearing masks. I got 3 churros for $5 and they were hot and ready basically the instant I ordered them. A little too doughy on the inside but good flavor abs nice...
