I was a little surprised at the portions given here. At any other cold stone I've ever been to, the ice cream scoops come decently above the cup line. I got a couple like it's and love it tonight...

Literally standing in a line that is out the door. Two worker bees... one making ice cream, the other is cleaning and restocking. WTF?

Not sure why this place has a bad star rating. We've gone to this location twice within the last year (2024). And we've had nothing but good experiences. Employees were always nice and listened...

The food is okay but the girl checking me out charged me for four icecream cones instead of three ( she had big glasses and a ponytail in a how to train your dragon scrunchie working the night...
