The texture of the bagel tasted like dry bread. It is not a quality bagel. It used to be decent many years ago.

Bagels ordered with cream cheese had no cream cheese. They were burnt as well and had no flavor. Not the usual tasty bagels that most Einsteins produce. Staff seemed rushed and out of sorts.
