Update: (they did call. Just to explain the other mancanics are wrong and want to blame it the filter. When you clearly can look it up and the after market filter they put on my Kia is not...

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT JIFFY LUBE! Due to their negligence my mother in law had an accident and they refuse to pay or admit any fault!
