Ordered on the app and they had it ready when I got there! The new toasted sandwiches are amazing. Only thing disappointing was I walked in and said hi to the cashier who I think was the manager...

Both my daughter and I both said the sandwiches we ordered today were the worst Jimmy John's sandwiches we have ever had and we have had a bunch. Something was wrong with the onions. So gross!

If you're looking for freaky fast you best order inside. I don't know about delivery but their drive thru is slooooowww. I've been in line for about 20 min. Chick-fil-a with 13 cars moves faster...

The sandwiches are delicious but lately the bread has been rock hard which makes it awful to eat. Other then the place is awesome.
