Matthew J. Mulligan

Dr. Mulligan is an internist with an interest in health policy. His other professional interests include chronic disease management such as diabetes, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, HIV management, PrEP and PEP, and preventative care. Given Dr. Mulligan’s interest in health policy and social determinants of health, he serves as co-chair of the Health and Public Policy Committee of Utah’s Chapter of American College of Physicians.
