Computer Concepts was founded in 2003 offering custom built computers to home users. Very quickly it became clear that people wanted more than just a new computer. Our customers were asking for help with problems and wanted someone to teach them how to use the rapidly changing technology that existed at their fingertips. With 15 years of experience and three store locations later in Williamsburg, Yorktown and Chesapeake, Computer Concepts now offers more than just custom-built computers. Our stores are fully outfitted with state-of-the-art repair facilities capable of supporting the highest level of repairs on laptops and desktop PCs as well as all things Apple. But we don’t stop there, we also have the tools to fix many gaming consoles.
