Our mission is to produce quality eco-friendly cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in the Hampton Roads area while providing stable income to local women in need. We stand by our motto of "Empowering Women One Job at a Time".Tracey retired from the United States Navy in 2014 after a rewarding 20 year career. In 2006, she was suddenly a single mother trying to provide for her two children, so she started cleaning houses on her days off to help pay the bills. She has always had a passion for helping other women from all walks of life who may need a helping hand or simply just need to know they are worthy. This began her dream of opening a cleaning company that employs only women. She will partner with various community outreaches in the Hampton Roads area to ensure women in need will have the opportunity to earn a stable income while knowing they are working in a safe environment. She is a 2016 graduate of the Florida State University Entrepreneur Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities and successfully completed a Cleaning Business Owner Certificate Course offered by the International Association of Professions Career College. We make all our own non-toxic eco-friendly cleaning products. And, we don't generate any trash while we are cleaning. We use re-usable cloths.
