Unprofessional, dirty, and disorganized. They'll tell you there's a 10 minute wait and they'll make you wait an hour. When you finally get in a chair they'll give you a rushed, below-average...

Manager was great but employee Michael was very rude and not great with kids no matter what condition has the kids has needs to be more patient and be professional to your job.
