I appreciate the lettuce instead of bread for my tuna sub. Ambiance is very cafeteria-like, so just ok.

Two times with delivery. Not a speck of lettuce. Barely any meat. Lacking so much. No response from management. What a waste of $25.

We love Jimmy John's! But paying for a $12 sandwich and receiving mostly bread is pretty frustrating. They're speedy quick and nice, but missed bagging to go food. This establishment is clean and...

I make a few stops here each month and the team is always nice and professional. I had an issue with my mobile app but Jacob was able to provide excellent in house service! Toasted bread is the best!
