Happened to stop here for lunch during our visit to Mercer Island for a chess tournament. I wasn't busy. Nice and comfy place with some friendly staffs. We ordered a few subs and dined in there....

Found hair in the food, a very long one that goes through the ingredients and bread. Very disgusting!! And the service was terrible!! Don't go there.
